New build 5 bed home. Herts
We started working closely with Samy during the tender process and were immediately impressed with his style and approach. Apart from being a genuinely nice guy, Samy is very professional, great at communication and gave us a huge amount of confidence in his ability to manage our house-build efficiently and effectively. He is very passionate about his profession and this shines through in everything he does. The up front guidance and advice from Samy proved to be invaluable in ensuring a smooth build and his local knowledge and network has also proved to be very helpful in overcoming what could otherwise have been several annoying distractions and delays.

Samy and his team have been extremely diligent throughout the build so far. The site has always been clean and tidy, progress updates have been frequent and he has generally made our busy lives easier by just getting on with it. Everything has also progressed (with a little luck from the weather) exactly as scheduled. We are also extremely impressed with the quality of the build so far; the brickwork in particular is amazing and our soon to be neighbours have also been very impressed with the process, so much so that one is keeping a video diary and they all regularly chat to Samy about how it's all going.

We are really excited about moving to the next stage and about when we get the keys to our new home in a few months time.

Thank you for your excellent construction work on our house extension project. Farrugia Construction has done an excellent job at a very competitive price and you have been a pleasure to work with.

The project involved extending our house both front and rear, to create three rooms where there had been one and involved installing large new patio doors, an unusual and complicated trench radiator, new velux skylights, altering the driveway at the front and creating a new patio at the rear. Substantial steel joists replaced the original walls to support the floor above.
